When it comes to styling your home for spring, baskets are my number one go to for stylish storage. I love the texture they bring into a home and they work well in most design styles. There are endless ways to use them and I’m sharing with you a few of my favs.

Not only do they look good, they are super functional. I like the little labels attached to these baskets it’s a nice touch and very useful.
Displaying baskets in between other decorative items is an easy way to add neutral colour and texture to any scheme
Speed Basket Cleaning!
I love using baskets for storage but a favourite of mine is to have one that I like to use for ‘speed cleaning’. Using a basket, go from room to room picking up items that don’t belong there. Everything from kids toys to odd socks basically anything that’s been left lying around ready to be returned to their rightful place 😉
It’s nice to add a few little touches that welcome spring into our homes. These Capri placemats and napkin rings Silver Starburst from Luxdeco will bring instant glamour to any table setting. I few well chosen cushions, I’ve used Beige Laure piped in gold, Saffron silk and Blush Pink Freya velvet piped 40 x 40cm they are all at really good price point also. And why not sip your coffee or tea in style with this beautiful set Loop blush and white teacup and saucer
There’s no denying adding a little life into your scheme is a great designer touch but it’s not always possible to have fresh flowers every week and the upkeep of looking after plants (unless of course you have green fingers). I don’t have that gift unfortunately which is why I love using these faux plants and although they may cost a bit more than high street, they really do look better and you will have them for a long time.
These are just a few of my favourites and a great place to start.
